Privacy policy

This policy explains what Meridian Compass LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as Not This, Not That (NTNT) ("we") collects through this site and the programme, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

• Email address, when you join the list or buy. Stored with the page you signed up on and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).
• Name and billing details, when you buy. Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, country and payment status, never your full card number.
• Basic usage data through Vercel Web Analytics: page views, referrer, country and device type, collected without cookies and without identifying you personally.
• What you send us, if you email us.

2. What we don't do

We don't use advertising pixels or tracking cookies on these pages today. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it. We don't sell your data.

3. Why, and on what basis

• To deliver the programme you paid for (contract).
• To send emails you asked for (consent; you can withdraw any time).
• To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
• To understand which pages work, in aggregate (legitimate interest).

4. Who processes it

• Stripe (payments), Resend (email list and sending), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and our email provider. Some are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there under standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

List emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records: as long as tax law requires, usually up to 7 years. Emails you send: as long as needed to answer and follow up.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Write to hello@notthisnotthat.co. We answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies and analytics

These pages set no cookies and use no advertising pixels. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you or follow you across sites. The email form sends your address only when you press the button. When payments open, Stripe’s checkout page sets its own cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention.
