Refund policy

The short version: ask within 14 days of the start date and you get a full refund of what you paid. No conditions, no reason needed.

1. How to ask

Email hello@notthisnotthat.co from the address you bought with, and say you'd like a refund. That's it.

2. When the money arrives

We refund through Stripe to the card you paid with, within 5 working days of your request. You get back the full amount you paid; we cover any payment fees. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 days to show it.

3. After 14 days

After day 14 of the programme, refunds are not available, except where your local consumer law says otherwise. Your rights under that law always apply.

4. If we cancel or move a group

You choose: a full refund, or a place in the next group.
